Marcos Grigorian was an artist, actor, teacher, gallerist, curator and collector. He lived a nomadic life between the Soviet Union, Iran, Italy, the United States and Armenia, contributing to the art scene of each of these countries. His diverse experimentations defined his practice, which included performative photography as well as figurative and expressionist paintings that were often created using earth materials, found objects and perishable food.
