Meschac Gaba's artistic practice is enriched by his fascination with cityscapes and architectural forms. Through immersive installations, interactive artworks and processional performances, he challenges viewers to question conventions of representation and the evolving politics of display. Gaba's explorations encompass urbanisation, trade and the dynamics of power within a transnational context, with a particular focus on Africa.
